Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after you receive your package. To qualify for a return, your order must be in new condition. We cannot accept any returns of products that have been opened and used. 

You are responsible for return shipping cost and must provide a tracking number to us when the items has been shipped back to 12th House.

 

Missing or Stolen Packages

12th House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the USPS if you suspect your incoming package is missing or stolen. 

YOU are responsible for entering your correct shipping address. Please contact us right away if your address needs corrected. If you've accidentally shipped your package to the wrong address, no refund will be provided and no action will be taken from 12th House. 

A refund will not be provided if your return package is lost in the mail. Please file a claim with USPS if your return package is lost.

 

Broken Items

If your item happens to be damaged during shipping please contact us with photos of the damaged items so we can discuss a replacement item.
